Rudy Project SpA, based in Treviso (TV), via B. Marcello n. 44, tel. 0422.433011, fax 0422.431978, in its capacity as personal data controller (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), issues this information to the Data Subject in compliance with the EU and Italian regulations on personal data protection.
The nature and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes:
- managing requests issued via this form; consent is not required for this purpose because the processing is necessary to pursue this purpose;
- using the data subject’s contact details (email address, landline and mobile telephone number, postal address) to send information and commercial communications, including promotional information, about the Data Controller’s products and services; this purpose requires the data subject’s express consent, which can be given and revoked even for just some of the aforementioned activities ("Direct Marketing");
- disclosing the data subject’s telephone numbers and email address to the Distributor specified on this website for him to carry out his own marketing; the data subject’s express consent is required for such purpose, separately from that of the previous point ("Third Party Marketing").
Data retention period
The Data Controller intends to process the data for as long as it is strictly necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes; it should be noted in particular that the data provided in order to allow the Data Controller to carry out Direct Marketing shall be kept for twenty-four months from the last communication, regardless of the channel used.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
Providing data for the purpose referred to in point 1) is necessary and therefore refusal in whole or in part to do so may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue this purpose. Providing data for the other purposes is optional; if the data is not provided, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities, but he will in any case be entitled to pursue the purpose referred to in point 1).
Recipient categories
The Data Controller shall not disseminate the data, but intends to disclose them to authorized employees by virtue of their duties, as well as to the Distributor specified on this website (with the data subject’s prior consent), sales agents, credit institutions, credit insurance companies, business information companies, consultancy firms, business associations and/or organizations, professionals or service companies, in addition to public and private bodies, including as a result of inspections and audits.
If the above recipients were to process data on the Data Controller’s behalf, they would be appointed as data managers via a specific contract or other legal document.
Data transfer to a non-EU country and/or an international organization
Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries nor to international organizations.
Data subject rights
Data subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and correct them if they are inaccurate, delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller and obtain the portability of personally provided data only if subject to automated processing based on his consent or the contract. Data subjects also have the right to revoke the consent given for processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the revocation occurred.
