Important update for customers in Australia

We are aware that some customers in Australia placed orders through Pursuit Sports Pty Ltd, the former independent distributor for Rudy Project in Australia, and have not received the products purchased.

Please note that these orders were processed by Pursuit Sports Pty Ltd, a third-party company outside the ownership and direct control of Rudy Project S.p.A. (Italy). The disruption has been caused by the sudden cessation of operations of the former distributor.

Even though this situation was not caused by Rudy Project headquarters, we care deeply about our customers and are taking action to support the market and help resolve outstanding cases. Rudy Project HQ is intervening directly, working with a new local distribution structure to restore service continuity.
