UTMB week in Chamonix is mostly waiting.

We're taking an hour out of it to do the simplest thing there is: go for a run together, no clock, no vert to worry about.

We leave Thursday 27 August at 9:00 from the Rudy Project stand, booth 76.

Five to seven kilometres, easy pace, with Josh Wade and Elísa Kristinsdóttir running somewhere in the middle of the group. Back at the booth there's a refreshment and a race pack for everyone who showed up.

Before we set off, pick a pair of Rudy Project glasses and keep them on for the whole run.
