Distribution Update Following Former Distributor Disruption
Rudy Project recently became aware of significant operational issues affecting a former independent distributor of Rudy Project products in Australia, Pursuit Sports Pty Ltd, which also operated the website rudyproject.com.au. Orders placed through that third party entity were processed independently of Rudy Project S.p.A, which has no ownership, control, oversight or contractual relationship with Pursuit Sports Pty Ltd.
While these operational issues were limited to the former distributor’s activities, Rudy Project has taken extraordinary measures to protect its community and uphold the trust associated with the brand.
As a voluntary act of goodwill, Rudy Project S.p.A. in Italy is working directly with affected customers to honour undelivered orders originally placed through Pursuit Sports Pty Ltd. This intervention is being carried out in good faith and does not constitute any admission of liability, but reflects Rudy Project’s long-standing commitment to customer care and brand integrity.
