Shipping

We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Order processing times

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping for orders of €100 or more

• €10 for orders under €100

Shipment tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to follow your delivery.

Returns & refunds

Return window

Within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return 

Email ecommerce@rudyproject.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. You will be informed of the procedure to follow.

Return costs

Shipping and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Rudy Project strongly believes in sustainability and aims to reduce environmental pollution through conscious consumption.

Refund

Processed within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt of the returned product. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your credit card provider’s processing times.
